Introduction:
Stanton Development Corporation (SDC) is a Washington, D.C.
based Real Estate Development business founded in 1982. Its
principal objective is the development of commercial properties
on Capitol Hill. The three principals, W. Frank Reed, Kathleen
Kaupp and Kenneth Golding, are all actively involved in the
community. The company's projects have all required some
combination of variances, special exemptions, Fine Arts and
Historic Preservation Review Board approvals. SDC has a proven
track record of successfully working with both the myriad of
community organizations on Capitol Hill and the D.C. agencies--
all key figures in the development process. To date Stanton
Development Corporation has completed and fully leased six
projects having an aproximate, aggregate market value of
$30,000,000. The completed properties have either won or have
been recognized by the American Institute of Architecture (AIA)
for their superb architectural designs and contributing value. [Next >]
